When Nico integrated into the FRONSTEPS team, product designs and decisions were being shipped – without a system or design thinking at the center of the process.
Nico was brought in to build consistency across their products. What started as a visual challenge became something bigger. The deeper he got, the clearer it became that design needed to be embedded as a strategic partner for the product to scale.
